We store your personal data for the duration of the contract concluded with you, as well as after its completion, for purposes such as:

  • pursuing claims in connection with the performance of the contract;
  • fulfilling obligations arising from legal provisions, particularly tax and accounting obligations;
  • statistical and archiving purposes;
  • for a maximum period of 10 years from the completion of the contract.

Transfer of Personal Data to Countries Outside the European Economic Area

Your personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area to Google LLC based on appropriate legal safeguards, specifically standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data approved by the European Commission.

Profiling

Your personal data will be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling. However, this will not produce any legal effects or significantly affect your situation. Profiling involves automated suggestions of products that may interest you.
